Vulnerable and Hopeful

Special thanks to the founder and editor of Imperishable Beauty, Enid Bozic.

I also want to express my gratitude for my family and friends who stuck close by my side during my surprise journey and thereafter, specifically the women – my sister, cousin, closest girlfriends, my aunt, my mom-in-law, and my mom. My unwavering system of support.

My heart strings were being tugged. Deep in there I knew that I needed to rewrite this testimony and submit it. I was reluctant.
What if people think I'm trying to draw attention to myself? Aren't people tired of hearing me talk about God? Maybe they're tired of hearing this story?
The lies of the enemy are even more persistent and ridiculous when the purpose God has given you is strong. So I started to write, motivated by my hope that my story would reach the right reader.

As I wrote I thought of the person who may be trapped by their past, struggling with uncertainties, the one who has yet to see a victory, the one who feels like giving up, and the one who may not know where to turn.

If one of these are you, take heart because the One who thoughtfully created you has a love so dynamic for you, which you have yet to see.

Lots of love always,
